Please inspect your order upon receipt to check whether the item is defective or damaged, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. For personal hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable, however, if they are defective upon receipt, please contact me within 5 business days with photographic evidence, and I will replace the item (where possible) or offer a refund.
